Haw. Code R. § 19-44-24 - Use of breasting buoys or breasting dolphins
Vessels using breasting buoys or breasting dolphins in a state harbor shall be assessed at the rate of one-fourth the full dockage per day or any fraction of a day in addition to the regular dockage.
