Haw. Code R. § 19-44-35 - Excessive water usage service charge
An excessive water usage service charge of $103.13 per day for each day or fraction of a day shall be charged for waste of fresh water, through the use of water for the prolonged operation of ejectors to pump water out of vessels or permitting hoses to run unattended.
