Haw. Code R. § 20-12-1 - Statement of purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to properly administer parking and traffic operations for vehicles on the roadways and in the parking areas under the jurisdiction of the university. These rules are intended for the safety and general welfare of the university community and the public at large.
