Haw. Code R. § 20-26-35 - Use of drugs or alcohol
The following acts are prohibited within the UH management areas:
(1) Using or possessing
narcotics or drugs, except as legally prescribed by a physician, or
over-the-counter medication in accordance with applicable law; or
(2) Using or possessing alcohol in public
areas.
