Haw. Code R. § 20-26-4 - Consistency with other rules
These rules shall not be interpreted so as to be inconsistent with other rules applicable within UH management areas, including but not limited to conservation district rules, and where applicable, forest reserves, hunting, historic preservation, and natural area reserves rules.
