Haw. Code R. § 20-26-7 - Mauna Kea lands management special fund
(a) All payments
collected pursuant to these rules shall be deposited into the Mauna Kea lands
management special fund.
(b) The
proceeds of the Mauna Kea lands management special fund shall be used as
provided in chapter
304A, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
