Haw. Code R. § 20-8-1 - Statement of purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to provide guidelines and procedures for the administration of the State Higher Education Loan Program in conformance with the guidelines set forth in chapter 3 04A, part IIC, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
