Haw. Code R. § 20-8-3 - Delegation of authority

The board delegates its authority to administer and manage the State Higher Education Loan Program at the university, in accordance with the guidelines established under chapter 304A, part IIC, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and this chapter, to the president.
