Haw. Code R. § 21-1-10 - Chairperson and vice-chairperson
(a) A chairperson
shall be elected by a majority of all the members to which the commission is
entitled, who shall serve for a term of one year or until a successor is elected,
with such term to commence on January 1 of each year.
(b) A vice-chairperson, who shall call and
chair meetings in the incapacity or absence of the chairperson, shall be elected
by a majority of all the members to which the commission is entitled, and shall
serve for a term of one year or until a successor is elected, with such term to
commence on January 1 of each year.
