Haw. Code R. § 23-191-11 - Order
(a) Every release of a pretrial detainee
shall be in the form of an order to be signed by the director or designated
representative and acknowledged by the pretrial detainee as to the terms and
conditions for release.
(b) A copy
of the order, signed by the director or designated representative, shall be
filed with the court having jurisdiction of the pretrial detainee.
(c) Each order shall be maintained as an
official document of release and recorded with the department.
