Haw. Code R. § 23-201-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth rules for the manufacture, distribution, selling, transferring, or otherwise furnishing for use by any person or the bringing in or receiving from a source outside the State any substance specified in section 329-61, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
