Haw. Code R. § 23-201-15 - Confidentiality of information and records
(a) All information
and records required pursuant to part VI of chapter
329, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall
be kept confidential. Disclosure of information and records to authorized state
and federal agencies is permissible.
(b) Any person denied access to the
information and records may appeal the denial in accordance with chapter
92F, Hawaii Revised
Statutes.
