Haw. Code R. § 23-604-2 - Statement of nondiscrimination
It is the policy of the department of public safety, criminal injuries compensation commission that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, sexual orientation or marital status be excluded from participation in be subjected to discrimination when making their claim for compensation.
