Haw. Code R. § 3-145-603 - Disposition of rejected statements of qualifications
Whenever a statement of qualifications is rejected under sections 3-145-602, 3-141-201, or 3-141-202, the administrator may return the rejected statement of qualifications with the written notice to the applicant, or discard it thirty days after its rejection. Before disposal, the applicant may retrieve the rejected statement of qualifications.
