Haw. Code R. § 4-143-13 - Record keeping
(a) Every person
who produces, processes, transports, or distributes Hawaii-grown cherry,
parchment, green, or natural coffee shall maintain records of each purchase,
transport, or sale.
(b) Records
shall include:
(1) The name, address, and
telephone number of the seller;
(2)
The name, address, and telephone number of the buyer;
(3) The name, address, and telephone number
of the transporter;
(4) The
quantity of Hawaii-grown coffee purchased, transported, or sold;
(5) The grade of Hawaii-grown coffee
purchased, transported, or sold, if applicable;
(6) The date of the sale or purchase;
and
(7) A lot number, tax map key,
or other identifying mark for each transaction.
(c) Records of each sale, purchase, or
transport of Hawaii-grown coffee shall be retained for a minimum of six years.
