Haw. Code R. § 4-16-14 - Scope
(a) This subchapter governs special rules
pertaining to importation of cattle, bison, or water buffalo into the
State.
(b) Applicable general
provision rules in subchapter
1 should be read in conjunction with
this subchapter.
(c) In any
conflict between a special rule in this subchapter and a general provision rule
in subchapter 1, the special
rule shall govern.
