Haw. Code R. § 4-16-7 - Quarantine area-slaughterhouse
(a) All pens on
slaughterhouse premises are hereby declared quarantine zones.
(b) Animals taken to these pens shall remain
there until slaughtered, except that they may be removed only when under permit
issued by the division.
