Haw. Code R. § 4-186-15 - Stay or delay of requirements
The chairperson may, for reasons of supply, stay, postpone, delay the effective date, or set aside any requirement of this chapter, under emergency controlled conditions, for a period not to exceed one hundred and eighty days.
