Haw. Code R. § 4-27-6 - Penalty

Penalties for:

(1) Using the registered brand of another person;

(2) Using an unregistered brand;

(3) Obliterating a brand; or

(4) Branding a person's livestock with the brand of another shall be as provided in sections 142-45 to 142-48, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
