Haw. Code R. § 4-28-6 - Containers
All poultry and birds shall be transported in either new containers or in containers that have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to remove droppings, blood, feathers, fluff, eggshells, yolk, albumen, litter or other bedding, food, or other residual materials associated with container use.
