Haw. Code R. § 4-66-26 - Label; restricted use classification

40 CFR section 156.10(j) (2) (2017) is incorporated in this section. 40 CFR section 156.10(j) (2) (i) (B) (2017) is replaced by the indicated paragraph, as incorporated and amended in this section:

"Directly below this statement on the front panel, a summary statement of the terms of restriction imposed as a precondition to registration shall appear. If use is restricted to certified applicators, the following statement is required: "For retail sale to and use only by Certified Applicators or persons under their direct supervision and only for those uses covered by the Certified Applicator's certification." If the head determines that other State regulatory restrictions shall be imposed for the protection of the public, the head may require appropriate terms of restriction as a condition of licensing.
