Haw. Code R. § 4-70-27 - Quarantine waiver

Quarantine requirements shall be waived for any lot of plants entering under a low pest-risk permit and accompanied by a certificate of origin certifying that all the orchid plants in the lot:

(1) Are known to be of domestic origin and grown entirely in the continental United States;

(2) Were grown in foreign countries that are north of 30° north latitude; and

(3) Are of foreign origin but were grown in the continental United States for more than one year.
