Haw. Code R. § 4-70-32 - Notice of quarantine

The board has determined that there exists serious danger to the passion fruit industry of Hawaii from the introduction of the passion vine hopper, Scolypopa australis Walker, the "woodiness disease" of passion fruit, and other insects and diseases that are not now established in Hawaii.
