Haw. Code R. § 4-70-4 - Approved quarantine facility

(a) An approved facility for the quarantine of plants is one which a certificate of approval has been obtained from the chief attesting proper and adequate construction to prevent the escape of an insect, a disease, or other pest.
(b) An approved certification shall remain valid as long as the facility is maintained in good serviceable condition. Certification may be revoked if the house falls into disrepair and is no longer serviceable.
