Haw. Code R. § 4-70-40 - Notice of quarantine
The board has determined that there exists serious danger to the agricultural and horticultural industries of Hawaii from the introduction of european corn borer (Ostrina nubilulis Hubner), and insects which infest corn, sorghum, broomcorn, sudan grass and other important food and-floral crops.
