Haw. Code R. § 4-73-1 - Objective
The objective of this chapter is to implement the requirements of chapter 150A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, by providing for export plant and plant products inspectional and disinfestation treatment services that meet the requirements of the state or country of destination.
