Haw. Code R. § 4-87.1-10 - Privilege of registered service person
A registered service person may place in service, or remove an official state rejection tag and return to service, any device that complies with chapter 4-101, by applying thereon a seal supplied by the administrator, subject to section 4-87.1-2(b).
