Haw. Code R. § 4-96.1-10 - Special test request; fee

The fee for a requested special test shall be $500 except if:

(1) The requested special test requires the use of the test-weight truck, the fee shall be $750;

(2) The requested special test requires the use of the one-thousand-gallon petroleum test equipment, the fee shall be $750.
