Haw. Code R. § 5-31-25 - Review and adjustment for temporary assistance for needy families cases
(a) The agency shall review and, if
appropriate, adjust the current child support order in accordance with the
guidelines for temporary assistance for needy family cases every three years
from the filed date of the most recent order or the date of the most recent
review, whichever is later.
(b) The
process described in section 5-31-24 is followed except that no written request
from a party is necessary.
