Haw. Code R. § 5-31-32.7 - Insurance company data match
(a) The agency may
enter into agreements to obtain insurance claim information related to
non-custodial parents that owe arrearages.
(b) The agency may institute such enforcement
action as appropriate based upon the information obtained from the data match.
