Haw. Code R. § 6-20-22 - Disposition of petition

In the event that the board sets the matter for hearing before the board, the board, within sixty days after the close of arguments or submission of all evidence and any permitted or requested memoranda, whichever is later, shall issue its declaratory ruling, either denying or granting the petition and stating the reasons therefor. The executive director shall promptly notify the petitioner of the board's ruling and of the petitioner's rights to appeal the ruling to the circuit court.
