Haw. Code R. § 6-62-27 - Compliance with safety rules
Each motor carrier shall certify that it complies with the motor carrier safety regulations set forth in chapter 19-141 and shall require that its officers, agents, employees, and representatives be conversant with and comply with that chapter.
