Haw. Code R. § 6-79-14 - Terms and conditions of certification
Any certificate issued authorizing operator service and any holder of such certificate are subject to the terms and conditions enumerated in chapter 6-80, subchapter 2, including those relating to suspension and revocation of certificates.
