Haw. Code R. § 6-82-18 - Non-impairment of existing contracts
Nothing in this chapter affects any contract between a location provider and a pay telephone service provider or interLATA or intraLATA telecommunications carrier entered into before February 8, 1996, the date of the enactment of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.
