Haw. Code R. § 6-82-32 - Compensation for access code, 800, and debit card calls
(a) A pay telephone service provider shall be
fairly compensated for each completed compensable call from the carrier to whom
the call is routed. As used in this section, a "compensable call" means access
code calls, subscriber 800 and other toll free calls, and debit card calls. It
also includes 0+ calls in the absence of a contract providing compensation to
the pay telephone service provider.
(b) The applicable FCC orders and
regulations, as they may be amended from time to time, govern compensation for
compensable calls.
