Haw. Code R. § 6-82-58 - Institutional pay telephone - defined
"Institutional pay telephone," as used in this subchapter, means a pay telephone located in:
(1)
A government or government-contracted correctional facility or center,
including a prison or jail, and provided for the convenience and benefits of
the inmates (including juveniles) in such facility; or
(2) A psychiatric facility, special treatment
facility, or community mental health center, as defined in §
334-1, HRS, and
provided for the convenience and benefit of the patients in such
facility.
