Haw. Code R. § 6-83-96 - Final order
The attorney general shall apply to the appropriate court for a judgment to enforce the provisions of any final order of the commission issued pursuant to this subchapter. In any proceeding to enforce the commission's final order, the commission need only:
(1) Show that notice, where required, was
given, and that a hearing was held or the time for requesting a hearing expired
without such a request; and
(2)
Present a certified copy of the final order.
