Haw. Code R. § 8-206.1-5 - Book drop hours
(a) Public library book drops shall be open
during the hours libraries are closed.
(b) Should any situations arise preventing
the book drop from being open, a sign shall be posted on the book drop to
inform the public not to use the book drop.
