Haw. Code R. § 8-206.2-21 - Use of audiovisual equipment; enhanced service fees
Audiovisual equipment may be made available for use within the library facility as an enhanced service and upon payment of an enhanced service fee of $10 per item for each use not exceeding one calendar day.
