Haw. Code R. § 8-206.2-9 - Interlibrary loan service

Interlibrary loan service is an enhanced service that allows library customers to borrow library material which is not available in the system, and to allow libraries from other states or jurisdictions to borrow library material from the system. Library material which is not available in the system may be obtained from other libraries in Hawaii, from libraries in other states in the United States, or from libraries throughout the world. The public library shall observe all applicable copyright laws and guidelines when providing interlibrary loan service.
