Collection, disposition, and use of fees and charges.
(a) The school principal or designee
shall be responsible for collecting fees and charges for co-curricular
activities. The monies collected shall be deposited into each school's insured
checking or savings account.
(b)
Monies collected shall be expended for the direct benefit of students and shall
be limited to the support of activities for which the student is
charged.
