Haw. Code R. § 8-33-5 - General educational development testing fees
Each adult education student taking a general educational development (GED) test shall be assessed a fee. The superintendent of education, with the recommendation of the advisory council, shall set the fee amount, provided that the general educational development testing fee shall be based upon the cost of test materials and proctor services.
