Haw. Code R. § 8-33-7 - Refunds for withdrawal from adult education classes
A student who withdraws from an adult education class shall be refunded fees paid for the classes as follows:
(1) Instructional and equipment fees shall be
refunded in full if the student withdraws prior to the second meeting of the
class. Refunds of instructional and equipment fees shall not be made to the
student who withdraws after the second meeting of the class has
convened;
(2) Supply and material
fees shall be refunded in full if student withdraws prior to the second meeting
of the class. One-half of the supply and material fees shall be refunded if the
student withdraws at any time from the second meeting until one-half of the
total scheduled class meetings have been held. Refunds of supply and material
fees shall not be made to the student who withdraws after one-half of the total
scheduled class meetings have been held.
