Haw. Code R. § 8-51-10 - Reevaluation
A reevaluation may be requested after the student has participated in a gifted and talented program for at least thirty days, if the student, teacher, or parent does not consider the placement to be appropriate and of benefit to the student. Reevaluation may result in maintaining or revising the student's educational setting or program.
