Haw. Code R. § 8-515-1 - Purpose
This chapter governs the application process to become a charter school authorizer, oversight and evaluation of authorizers and the commission, renewal or nonrenewal of chartering authority, and revocation of chartering authority pursuant to chapter 302D, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
