Haw. Code R. § 8-60-28 - Applicability of sections 8-60-29 through 8-60-30
Sections 8-60-29 through 8-60-30 apply only to students with disabilities who are or have been placed in or referred to a private school or facility by the department as a means of providing special education and related services.
