Haw. Code R. § 8-63-36 - Cancellation of eligible lists
(a) The assistant
superintendent may cancel an eligible list for good reason including but not
limited to the following reasons:
(1) Changes
in the minimum qualification or classification standards of a class of
positions;
(2) Abolishment of the
class for which the list of eligibles was established; or
(3) All eligibles are unavailable for
employment.
(b)
Applicants affected by the cancellation of the eligible list shall be
notified.
