Haw. Code R. tit. 3, Building Code Council, State Building Code Council, Amendments to the 2018 ICC International Building Code (IBC), 40 - Modification to ACI 318 - water cement ratio
Section 1905.1.9 is added to read as follows:
"1905.1.9 ACI 318, Section 19.3.2.1. Modify ACI 318 Table 19.3.2.1 as follows: Change the Maximum w/cm ratio for Exposure Class Cl to 0.50."
