Haw. Code R. tit. 3, Building Code Council, State Fire Code, 106 - Attended self-service fuel dispensing prohibition of foreign objects
Section 42.7.4 is amended by adding as follows: 42.7.4.3.2 The placement of a foreign object, that allows the fuel dispensing lever to remain in the open position, is prohibited at all times.
