Haw. Code R. tit. 3, Building Code Council, State Fire Code, 82 - Water supply during construction
Section 16.4.3.1.1 is amended to read as follows: 16.4.3.1.1 A water supply for fire protection, either temporary or permanent, shall be made available as soon as combustible material is present.
